Role Overview:
As part of the Founder's Office, you’ll work closely with the founding team, gaining a front-row seat in building a global, cutting-edge company from India. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute across various functions of the organization and gain holistic insights into the business.

Role Responsibilities:
Project/Program Management
- Manage and oversee high-priority projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution.
- Track progress and create comprehensive updates for the founding team.
Strategic Initiatives
- Conduct market research to aid in decision making
- Take up execution of key strategic initiatives
- Drive collaborations with industry and academia within the robotics ecosystem
Operations
- Oversee the outsourced Finance and HR functions to ensure the smooth functioning of the company.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders in streamlining internal processes like supply chain, inventory management, etc.
- Identify and implement the best SaaS tools relevant for internal processes.
Marketing and PR
- Establish Perceptyne as the thought leader of new age robotics from India
- Conceptualize and work with cross functional teams to create impactful content for social media
- Work with Media and PR agencies to maintain high quality external communication
Fund Raising and Investor Relations
- Drive funding from term sheet to closure
- Work with all the stakeholders in driving consensus on the terms of the funding.
- Prepare and present quarterly updates to investors.
Miscellaneous
- Sales: Work closely with founders on certain key customer accounts
- Company Culture: Work with the founders in formulating and driving company culture
Skills and Requirements:
Education and Experience
- BTech/MTech with an MBA from a top tier Business School
- Prior experience in Management Consulting is advantageous.
- Education or work experience in manufacturing related fields (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Design) is preferred

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
