Role Overview
A person in this role will manage the entire life cycle of Purchase Order, Vendor
Relationships, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage Purchase Orders.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Manage vendor relationships while coordinating transporters, and internal teams for
smooth logistics.
Co-ordinate with Accounts/Finance team for timely vendor payments.
Generate and manage E-Way Bills and shipment documentation.
Maintain procurement records, vendor documents, and reports.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, Arts or related field
2–4 years of experience in Purchase Department of any large organization
Strong follow-up skills, ownership and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Zoho Books/ SAP (any other ERP software)
Experience with E-Way Bills and logistics coordination.
Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
