Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated IT Administrator to provide comprehensive IT support for an
organization of 50 users. This role includes end-user support, Microsoft 365
administration, system maintenance, and ensuring IT infrastructure reliability and security.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Administration
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Control user permissions, external sharing, and policy configurations.
- Support license management and system updates.
Desktop & User Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Resolve connectivity and configuration challenges across desktops and laptops.
- Document and escalate unresolved issues for further resolution.
Server and Network Management
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and enterprise systems.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of all system configurations and processes.
Security & Cloud Services
- Implement and manage cybersecurity protocols and data backup strategies.
- Administer user access rights, IT asset inventory, and cloud-based tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Provide reliable day-to-day technical support to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT administration or support role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Mandatory).
Experience with:
- Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Network configuration and administration.
- Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
